I saw this easy recipe on Cook Pad and decided to give it a try. I just altered the original recipe to add a bit more of the ingredients for added taste.

Garlic Lemon Butter & Parmesan Shrimp


Quick, easy, delicious meal!

1 lb Extra Large or Jumbo Shrimp

1 stick Butter

1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

2/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Juice from 1 squeezed lemon

5 tbsp Minced Garlic


1 Clean and devain the shrimp.

2 In a medium sauce pan, melt butter and sauté garlic

for a minute.

3 Add shrimp and sprinkle on Italian seasoning. Cook

covered for 2 minutes.
4 Pour the lemon juice over shrimp and then sprinkle

on Parmesan cheese.

5 Cook for another two minutes or

until shrimp turn white.

6 Add some broccoli or your favorite side dish.

I plan to try it again, but using fresh herbs this time.

It’s a quick and easy dish to make, and my kids love it!
